About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR to oversee all aspects of internal and external communications. This role will ensure a consistent and coherent voice across all business units and channels, effectively articulating Ingepsy's brand and strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy and Alignment: Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy that unifies messaging across all business units and aligns with company goals.
  • Internal Communications: Partner with leadership and HR teams to develop internal communication initiatives that inspire, inform, and engage employees.
  • External Communications and Media Relations: Oversee media relations, including drafting press releases, preparing spokespeople, and managing relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Executive Communications: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to craft speeches, presentations, and thought leadership content.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and manage crisis communication plans, ensuring readiness to respond effectively to potential reputational risks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, expertise in media relations, crisis management, and executive communication.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
