Key Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to Employee Services Consultants to deliver accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of HR and Employee Services policies and procedures to provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or Business or pursuing an education in a related field.
- Relevant experience in resolving customer service requests.
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity.
- Proven teamwork capabilities; strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
