Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper with multi-client experience to manage financial operations for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes in a team environment. Key responsibilities include performing full-cycle bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and processing payroll using Gusto or similar platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Gusto is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is also necessary.
