About the Role:
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and contribute to the growth of our company. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, leveraging your expertise in customer service and patient care to drive outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with patients via phone calls, resolving inquiries efficiently, and addressing concerns effectively.
- Developing strong relationships with patients, built on trust, empathy, and understanding.
- Collaborating with concierge services professionals to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
- Facilitating connections between patients and suitable care specialists, ensuring seamless transitions and effective care.
- Reviewing patient accounts and addressing billing and account-related matters promptly and accurately.
- Contributing to new employee training and customer management policy dissemination, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level preferred).
- Patient-centric attitude and empathy.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments.
- Computer literacy, with Salesforce Health Cloud experience an asset.
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex phone systems.
- Expertise in customer service and/or healthcare an advantage.
