The Association For Institutional Research is seeking an experienced leader to serve as their inaugural Senior Director Institutional Research and Analytics.
This role involves collaborating across the University and System to lead a comprehensive research program that ensures data integrity, compliance reporting, and effective decision-making at the senior level.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data management and reporting in higher education, familiarity with multiple data platforms and statistical tools, and a successful record of working with teams and communicating across complex organizations.
Key responsibilities include managing the University's reporting obligations, developing and overseeing a comprehensive program of institutional research activities, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all institutional data to external constituencies.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, as well as data governance principles. They will also be responsible for supervising staff and providing leadership in ensuring that all data required for reporting is available.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, based on industry standards and location.
To be considered, applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
