About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and thoughtful Tech Lead to work closely with our core team and execute product features and roadmap.

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of developers as we continue to grow. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in building products that scale, catering to millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and lead the tech team
  • Responsible for research, design, development, and deployment of the product on all platforms
  • Inculcate best software engineering practices, standards of code, and help the team deal with complexity and ambiguity

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in building products that scale
  • Experience with RESTful applications
  • Proficient in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and AngularJS
  • Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
  • Bonus points if you have worked in a startup
  • Strong written and spoken English
