Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java & Angular)

Location: Hybrid - Colombia

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Extensive experience promoting and working with test-driven development.
  2. Hands-on participation in design, coding, testing, and deploying systems.
  3. Mentoring and encouraging other developers.
  4. Experience with various back-end micro-services frameworks (Spring, Helidon).
  5. Experience working with front-end stacks such as Angular and/or React; designing systems with an APIs first architectural approach.
  6. Experience working in and promoting a DevOps culture which drives continuous delivery.
  7. Demonstrable experience in promoting and continuous improvement of Agile SCRUM practice.
  8. Demonstrable experience improving existing architectures as business needs and tech stacks evolve.
  9. Experience working effectively with remote and internal development teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
  2. Proven hands-on Software Development experience, 10+ years.
  3. Proven experience in Java and Web development technologies, 5+ years.
  4. Profound insight of Java internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc).
  5. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, Oracle, SQL and ORM technologies (Hibernate, iBatis).
  6. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and popular JavaScript libraries.
  7. Working knowledge of REST frameworks.
  8. Working experience with WebSphere application server and embeddable web servers.
  9. Experience with containers, and cloud operating environments (AWS, Azure, OCI) – OCI is a plus.
  10. Experience with cloud native technologies – FaaS, DaaS, Kafka – is a plus.
  11. Experience with Maven, Git and GitHub; experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
  12. Experience with Jasper Reports.
  13. Working knowledge of C programming in Unix/Linux environment.
  14. Experience in Supply Chain Logistics is a plus.
  15. Experience in development of Warehouse Management systems is a plus.
  16. Experience interfacing with autonomous control systems is a plus.
