Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Headhunter to support our high-volume recruitment efforts. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a proactive individual who excels in sourcing and engaging large candidate pools.

Your Role

• Sourcing candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Engaging and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
• Maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
• Building and nurturing relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
• Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• The ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and working collaboratively with recruitment teams.
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a commission-only environment where performance directly drives earnings.
