We are seeking a talented Business Operations Manager to join our exciting new unit, where you will gain start-up experience within an established business and brand.

You will lead a team responsible for creating a disruptive content platform for private markets, serving investors, consultants, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end content production process, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Lead junior team members, providing feedback and supporting skills enhancement and talent development.
  • Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analysis, and present insights on high-growth companies.
  • Research and screen PE-owned and privately held businesses through various sources.
  • Conduct 1-1 interviews with industry specialists to draw sector/industry insights and company knowledge.
  • Produce key insights focusing on market trends, company financials, competitive landscape, and potential due diligence risks.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and business development activities, including meeting clients.
  • Lead client feedback sessions.
  • Contribute to the automation and scaling of the data collection process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management, economics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in consulting or strategy/commercial roles.
  • Passion for building a new product and excitement about the unknown.
  • Confident and professional interaction with senior industry executives.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and attention to detail mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience in effective communication.
  • Strong team participation skills, particularly in diverse teams.
  • Results-driven team contributor with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in English.
