Role Overview

The AR Admin position plays a critical role in supporting the Accounts Receivable team's high-volume business-to-business collection operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to establish payment terms and schedules.
  • Utilize Dynamics 365 to record and manage collection efforts.
  • Communicate with clients regarding account status and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the management team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business collections or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and proprietary software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
