Marketing Specialist/Operations Coordinator

Overview:

Premier Medical Associates (PMA) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist/Administrative Assistant to support and lead various marketing initiatives across multiple industries. This role will primarily focus on creating comprehensive social media plans for a primary care practice, a dermatology practice, and more. You will collaborate with our graphic designer and the Vice President of Marketing to develop year-long strategies for all platforms. Additionally, you will occasionally serve as a spokesperson in videos, create newsletters, and innovate new digital marketing initiatives. You will also assist the Vice President of Marketing by organizing meetings, interviews, and projects.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement social media plans tailored for a primary care practice, a dermatology practice, and more.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to create engaging and relevant content.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to strategize annual marketing plans across all platforms.
  • Create and feature in promotional videos as a spokesperson for the companies.
  • Design and distribute newsletters to maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Innovate and implement new digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Write compelling copy for various marketing materials to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
  • Assist the Vice President of Marketing by organizing meetings, interviews, and managing projects.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience in video production and presentation.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
