We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Operations Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing and resolving financial data discrepancies. This is a key member role in our operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Reconciliation Analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
- Managing ticket management, periodic payment method reports, chargeback identification, transactional reconciliation, and bank reconciliation;
- Reconciling payments to reflect accurate transactions in our accounting system;
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation reports on all cash deposits to the bank(s);
- Assisting auditors with documentation required for their tasks;
- Performing daily financial transactions, such as verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Business, or a related field;
- High proficiency in Excel;
- Extensive experience in reconciliations;
- An advanced level of English (B1-B2);
- At least three years of experience in financial roles (Accounting, Treasury, Reconciliation);
- Good knowledge of accounting and bank reconciliation;
- Familiarity with payment methods business.
