We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Dhl Global Forwarding (Colombia) S.A.S. as a Team Leader Finance Rtr. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing financial programs and processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to achieve operational excellence and improve financial processes.
- Develop and implement financial processes to ensure compliance with administrative rules and quality standards.
- Measure and control financial performance to meet objectives and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in accounting, finance, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience leading financial teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal finance controls with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Customer orientation, planning, and organizing skills with assertive communication and leadership abilities.
