Job Description
We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to support various large-scale infrastructure projects. The main responsibilities include:
- Coordination of designs using the BIM methodology and utilization of software such as Navisworks and BIMTrack.
- Maintenance of updated reports on model reviews and plans, clash reports, and RFI's to meet established company standards and procedures.
- Quality control review of model production.
- BIM support to design teams.
- Management of access, permissions, and workflows for established CDE models in BIM.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years of experience in design realization and/or coordination for various scales of engineering projects.
- Civil Engineer or Architect degree.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650.
- Bilingual fluency (minimum B1).
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- BIM Management Master's degree or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of construction processes or experience in construction.
- BIM360, PowerBI knowledge.
- Programming knowledge in Python and Dynamo.
