**Job Description**:
El rol principal es el de coordinar y liderar la buena implantación de la metodología BIM en todos los procesos de diseño del equipo técnico.
Asegurando un buen flujo de comunicación, participación y distribución de recursos entre todas las partes involucradas y el modelaje del proyecto, compartiendo los beneficios y buscando soluciones ante las dificultades.
**Funciones**:
+ Elaboración e implementación del BEP (BIM Execution Plan) en cada proyecto.
+ Definir los estándares BIM durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
+ Favorecer la buena comunicación e intercambio de información BIM entre las partes a partir de la definición del CDE (Common Data Environment) de cada proyecto.
+ Coordinar la asignación de funciones del resto de roles BIM del proyecto.
+ Indicar condiciones contractuales referentes a temas BIM realizando el BEP ofertante.
+ Servir de punto de unión entre las distintas especialidades para garantizar la coordinación del modelo colaborativo y anticiparse a las posibles interferencias.
+ Establece protocolos y estándares de uso para los diferentes agentes durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto en función de la orden de los cambios de información.
+ Especificar los controles de calidad BIM a efectuar a nível de proyecto y hacer el seguimiento.
+ Implementar nuevas herramientas para optimizar procesos BIM, así como estar a cargo de la respectiva capacitación.
+ Comprensión de los entregables del proyecto, los requisitos contractuales y los estándares BIM de la oficina/cliente.
Ayudar a desarrollar / revisar los planes de ejecución BIM del proyecto.
+ Garantizar que cualquier cambio en el procedimiento y los estándares se incorporen de manera efectiva en los proyectos.
+ Administrar conjuntos de datos de proyectos BIM, revisando periódicamente los modelos BIM para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares y requisitos del proyecto.
+ Garantizar el funcionamiento y mantenimiento óptimo de los procesos automatizados mediante lenguaje programación en Python y la herramienta Dynamo.
+ Realización de la administración y mantenimiento de la gestión de modelos.
+ Colaborar directamente con los equipos de diseño de ingeniería para garantizar la intención del diseño en el desarrollo de modelos BIM de disciplina.
+ Coordinar el desarrollo de dibujos de construcción precisos, lógicamente organizados y fáciles de leer a partir de los modelos de la disciplina.
+ Configurar y ejecutar procedimientos de gestión de cambios, cumplimiento de códigos y verificación de interferencias.
+ Comunicar de manera proactiva los problemas de coordinación del diseño al equipo de diseño y ayudar a implementar su resolución.
+ Proporcionar apoyo técnico y tutoría según sea necesario para el equipo del proyecto.
Desarrollar material de apoyo para su uso en sesiones de capacitación e incorporación.
