This role will have you reporting directly to the Finance Manager, supporting the existing finance and FP&A functions of the company. You'll be part of a team managing and servicing existing debt investors, requiring strong analytical and forecasting skills to ensure healthy financial planning and operations controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to support ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and modeling in support of PayJoy's aggressive goals.
  • Develop financial models (top-down and bottom-up) for budgeting, business forecasting, company health, and pricing evaluation.
  • Provide periodic KPI reporting to headquarters in the USA.
  • Work closely with regional Country Managers to model the value of future partnership opportunities.
  • Support company-wide budgeting processes including monthly budget vs. actuals analysis of operating and non-operating cash flows.
  • Run distribution calculations for principal and interest for multiple debt facilities.
  • Create local dashboards providing real-time insight into KPIs and other financial metrics.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to gather financial information and assist with the reconciliation of Local GAAP versus US GAAP.
  • Support Capital Markets team to raise funding to leverage the portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering with more than 2 years of experience.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent Excel modeling skills, Google Sheets experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge in PowerPoint and Google Presentations.
  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
  • Prior experience at leading consultancy, financial institutions or fintech is a plus.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year,
