Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for executing aspects of finance planning and performance management processes, including financial modeling, data analysis and decision support.

About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our finance leadership team to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts and models that drive business growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute financial planning and performance management processes, including financial modeling, data analysis and decision support* Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement* Provide recommendations to senior leaders on financial strategy and operations* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field* 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Proficient in Excel and other financial software tools* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
