Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing migration and ancillary projects for our customers, including SFTP integrations, content changes, BIN decommissioning, BIN adds, brand adds, configuration changes, and more. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, developing customized solutions, and coordinating project execution. Additionally, the candidate will assist in supporting our effort to build/maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, workflow/process improvement, training, and scale growth.

Requirements:
