Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the product pipeline operates smoothly, supporting production and sales objectives. As an Inventory and Procurement Associate, you will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate data management, report generation, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management or procurement software, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
  • Enter purchase orders (POs) and collaborate with IT to resolve ticket issues.
  • Set up and track Bills of Materials (BOM) for white-label projects.
  • Generate weekly inbound shipping reports in coordination with the Quality Team.
  • Provide vendors with required proofs, testing, and invoicing details.
  • Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with warehouses.
  • Summarize weekly invoices and set prioritization with management.
  • Maintain a database of artwork proofs and up-to-date product labels.
  • Track ongoing white-label projects and provide weekly SKU-specific reports.
  • Maintain inventory reports of raw materials and subassemblies.
  • Source promotional materials for the marketing department.
  • Develop and maintain Finished Goods Specification documents in collaboration with vendors.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or procurement software (Acumatica preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
