What You'll be Doing Looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in both the art and science of business? You will partner with project team members and business leaders across the organization on some large- scale, but primarily small-scale projects on behalf of the sales and marketing organization s . This is an incredible opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business and create amazing client experiences .
In this role, y ou will have three primary responsibilities:
Event coordination for in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings /events for initiatives to include facilitation, project planning, communication planning, analytics, record keeping, etc.
Administrative coordination of the WINK Studio site in Bogota, Colombia to include vendor management, calendar management, procurement, and other duties as assigned
Creation and/or partnership with others to develop dashboards, profiles, videos, reports, web content, verbiage, and other collateral.
You'll report to the Director of GTM Operations. You'll contribute to the success of the business by enabling innovative solutions and empowering client-facing teams to wow our clients and demonstrate why TTEC is the best CX partner in the market .
During a Typical Day, You'll
Utilize hybrid and agile project management delivery methods to lead matrixed teams supporting initiatives across the Sales and Marketing organizations
Responsible for "connecting the dots", identifying and driving innovative solutions, and successfully executing the plan to include identifying risks, interdependencies, and blockers
Conduct data modeling and analytics to achieve an elevated level of performance and empower teams with the information they need.
Develop business relationships, which includes working with all levels and organizations across the company
Participate and drive excellence throughout a variety of initiatives to include direct responsibilities for content creation in support of the initiatives .
Successfully flex to accommodate ever changing priorities and accomplish goal s on time, with quality
What You Bring to the Role
3 + years combined professional experience in project management, process improvement, office administration, sales, data analytics, event coordination, and/or business consulting .
Project Management certification (PMP) or active engagement in obtaining certification (preferred)
Established capabilities for creating s tructure and lead ing formal and informal projects using hybrid and /or agile project delivery method s.
Ability to identify and s olve issues with incomplete data and little direction on concurrent long and short project durations
Experience in and understanding of operating within large-scale , g lobal , and matrixed organization s which will include individuals from different countries, cultures, departments, roles , and priorities
Excited to foster and maintain new relationships and demonstrate solid project leadership across multiple functional areas
Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, leadership technique s , and coordination of people and resources for both in-person and virtual events.
Ability to successfully m anage competing priorities, unexpected change , and the flexibility to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Must be able to travel domestically with occasional international travel required approximately 10%.
