We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Snappr Inc. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our applications, working closely with engineers, sales executives, and product owners to drive the long-term strategy and future of our product.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered products that meet the needs of our customers and photographers.
- Lead user research initiatives to gain a deep understanding of our customers and photographers.
- Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to develop, expand, and maintain our design system.
- Present design work to product and company leadership, and contribute to design reviews.
- Work with developers and product leadership to bring designs to life.
- Take a leading role in building an engineering culture that prioritizes rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
- Create and manage product-wide design systems.
- 4 years of experience in rapidly growing startups and fast-paced product teams.
- Excellent English communication skills and experience working with English-speaking teams.
- Experience working with Figma.
- Ability to be an active contributor in all stages of the product creation process, from ideation to testing.
- Experience working as a member of a cross-functional multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to be autonomous and self-directed.
- $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
- Equity in Snappr Inc.
- $120 per month for professional growth.
- 20 days of paid time off.
