Descripción del puesto

  • Desarrollar estrategias de abastecimiento y compra para productos importados y fabricados localmente, alineando las decisiones con las necesidades de cada mercado.
  • Negociar con proveedores internacionales y locales para asegurar los mejores términos de compra, precios y tiempos de entrega, manteniendo una relación estratégica a largo plazo.
  • Planificar el abastecimiento de SKUs basado en el forecast de demanda, trabajando de la mano con los equipos de ventas para ajustar las previsiones según los cambios en el mercado.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad continua de productos en los mercados clave, minimizando el riesgo de faltantes o exceso de inventario.
  • Monitorear y ajustar los niveles de inventario en base a las previsiones comerciales y las necesidades de cada país en la región.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de ventas, marketing y producción para garantizar que los volúmenes de pedido y producción se ajusten de manera eficiente a las expectativas de ventas.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) como la rotación de inventarios, cumplimiento del forecast y eficiencias en costos de adquisición.

Perfil buscado

  • Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o afines.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en procurement, gestión de inventarios o compras, con un fuerte enfoque en negociación y planificación de demanda.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en forecasting y gestión de SKUs, preferiblemente en múltiples mercados.
  • Excelentes habilidades para negociar y gestionar relaciones con proveedores internacionales.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos de ventas y ajustar inventarios según los cambios en la demanda.
  • Inglés avanzado.
