About the Role

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HSEQ activities across the Colombian Division, ensuring compliance with global requests, local legislation, and objectives.

  • Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental legislation compliance.
  • Risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work implementation.
  • Maintenance and implementation of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policies & procedures.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Coordination of risk assessments and development of safe systems of work.
  3. Implementation and maintenance of quality, environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  4. Collaboration with internal departments and external providers to ensure relevant training and methodology.
  5. Investigation of incidents, analysis of trends, and implementation of corrective actions.
  6. Administrator of QSHE platform for Colombia (Entropy).
  7. Implementation and interpretation of new knowledge within the Environmental and Health & Safety field.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Industrial or similar engineering.
  • Postgraduate studies in Health, Environment, or Safety fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in carrying out and completing ISO Certification.
  • A highly organized, quick, practical, and professional approach to managing a demanding workload.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers, communicate with internal teams, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to show initiative and able to work to deadlines.
  • A formal professional qualification in Health and Safety with local Occupational Health License (mandatory).
  • A good eye for detail and statistics.
  • Interested in continuous learning.
  • Teamwork mindset.
  • Ability to listen and get feedback.
  • High level of English (Mandatory).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

$700,000 COP - $1,200,000 COP per month, depending on experience.
