Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to making brides' dreams come true. As a Customer Service and Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through Gorgias while managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through Gorgias platform, responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Process and track customer orders and inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support general administrative operations
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and special projects as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires proven experience with Gorgias platform, strong administrative and organizational skills, excellence in written and verbal communication, detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities, ability to work independently and manage time effectively, experience in e-commerce customer service preferred, professional and friendly demeanor, reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
