Job Description:

• We are seeking a visionary Director Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong brands (beauty) and a passion for innovative marketing activations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic brand initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand equity, and resonate with our target audience.
• This role demands a deep understanding of the skincare industry, consumer behavior, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across several of our channels with a heavy focus on DTC.
• Craft and execute strategic brand initiatives that drive growth, enhance brand equity, and resonate with our target audience.
• Define and execute brand voice for continuity across all channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in the beauty industry and specific experience in DTC marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and positioning beauty products in DTC channels.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
