We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RCM Specialist to join our team at HEALTH PRIME INTL LLC. As an RCM Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and timely posting of all insurance and patient payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Payment Processing: Post payments received in different forms into our practice management system, including lockbox remits, electronic remits, undistributed accounts, manual remit posting, zero cash posting, correspondence remit manual posting, and unposted/missing payments.
- EOB Analysis: Analyze EOB information, including co-pays, deductible, co-insurance, contractual adjustments, denials, and more to verify accuracy of patient balances.
- Denial Management: Properly post denials in the practice management system and communicate the same with the accounts receivable team for timely follow-up.
- Quality Control: Review payment information to ensure that there is no missing or incomplete information.
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
- Attributes: Ability to maintain confidentiality of all patient demographic, medical, and financial information, and proficiency in examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
- EOB Interpretation: Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) – preferred.
