Key Responsibilities
- Offers primary and secondary technical assistance to the production workforce.
- Provides technical guidance to teams lacking technical expertise.
- Develops, manages, and sustains machine configurations and job setups.
- Aids in the deployment of software, updates, hardware, and operating systems for industrial equipment.
- Collaborates with IT departments for the installation of new machinery, including networking and computer setups.
- Implements production solutions through design, testing, validation, and execution within designated timelines.
- Conducts test packages and assists in executing unit tests (SIT, UAT, First Off) alongside production teams.
- Designs and samples processes for various machinery.
- Implements technical and procedural enhancements for production and pre-production systems.
- Contributes to New Product Industrialization (NPI) for local, global, or central initiatives.
- Assists in the validation of new system software.
- Collaborates closely with the maintenance team to provide support on both software and hardware issues.
- Monitors and regulates process parameters in accordance with established standards.
- Generates reports on production metrics, including time between failures and machine availability.
- Documents production challenges, such as operator errors or machinery malfunctions.
- Creates and maintains a repository of known support issues and their resolutions.
- Addresses routine problems that may occasionally require interpretation or deviation from standard practices.
- Communicates information that necessitates some level of explanation or interpretation.
- Operates under moderate supervision.
Candidate Profile
Preferably an Electronic Engineer with less than two years of experience and possessing a conversational English proficiency of B2 or higher.
