As a key member of our client success department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

Your primary goal will be to assist our attorneys in providing the best possible outcome for our clients, which includes communicating effectively with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. You will work closely with our attorneys to understand their guidance and provide information to verify whether we can confidently win the case for the client.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals with confidence. You will also need to possess world-class customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines and time manage effectively.

In addition to your exceptional skills and qualifications, you should be able to learn and memorize case types, qualify each case based on attorney direction, and review case pricing with clients to determine their best payment option. You will also be responsible for resolving assigned client escalations, scheduling follow-ups with leads, and recommending our referral program to admitted clients.
