Key Responsibilities
* Put the customer first in our delivery of service, 'people before process', by consistently and proactively role modeling excellent customer service ethos.
* Keep abreast of external trends and best practices within the shared services and business services sectors to ensure best fit approach for the client and in line with our culture and commitments.
* Be prepared to take risks to try out new automations, processes, and approaches to drive continuous service improvement for a scalable and sustainable efficient delivery model.
* Ensure all SLAs/KPIs and service deliverables are consistently met through effective performance of the teams and partnership with other parts of the HR function, DT, and finance community.
* Lead the team, coach, develop, and support them in building talent capabilities for succession and to exceed customer expectations.
* Directly contribute to the company transformation journey.
* Monitor and evaluate systems and processes to ensure they are maintained accurately and within relevant compliance requirements across HR & Payroll services.
* Collaborate and proactively build effective working partnerships with all parts of HR functions.
* Ensure targets are met and handshakes between groups are smoothly managed.
* Maximize tools and technology through simplified access, minimize manual interventions to positively impact the productivity of the team and colleague service.
* Understand and comply with corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
* Ensure strong Business Continuity is in place for critical operations across HR & Payroll.
* Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business as part of your leadership responsibility.
