At EMAPTA, we're seeking a highly organized and effective Operations Manager to lead our Hybrid Team. As the vital link between clients and internal teams, you'll oversee operations, manage client communications, and streamline processes to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, manage email chains, and set clear expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Structure teams for new accounts and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Project Oversight: Track operational timelines and ensure all client projects progress smoothly.
  • Bridge Communication: Liaise between the paid media team and leadership, relaying updates efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with billing, contract updates, and onboarding processes to support the agency's growth.
  • Operational Streamlining: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in account management and client-facing roles.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to keep multiple tasks and timelines on track.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with paid media and agency operations is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Knowledge of billing systems and contract management is preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
