We're looking for a Head of Legal to lead our expansion efforts in Colombia.



About the Role

The Legal team is at the heart of Revolut, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team.



As a Head of Legal, you'll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and advising internal stakeholders on third-party agreements, operations agreements, marketing agreements, and more.



You'll negotiate with external counterparts on various commercial agreements, identify and consult on legal risks, and liaise with specialist external counsel.



You'll also develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations, develop and maintain form agreements, and serve as lead counsel on strategic deals.



What You'll Need

To excel in this role, you'll need a master's degree or equivalent in law, 10+ years of experience in a senior legal position, and great academic and law firm credentials.



You'll also need fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

You'll be part of a team that designs, executes, and scales operations, and you'll work on high-priority, challenging, and sensitive legal issues.



We're looking for a brilliant lawyer who can help us deliver WOW to our customers, reduce friction, and make sure our products are delivered seamlessly.



As a Head of Legal, you'll be responsible for leading our expansion efforts in Colombia and driving compliance review processes.



You'll provide time-sensitive support on a wide array of legal inquiries related to Colombia's expansion operations.



Experience with complex transaction management is a nice to have, but not required.
