The Role: Senior Campaign Brand Manager

This position is crucial for maintaining brand consistency across Twilio's high-touch, global marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will align creative vision, express brand nuance, and inspire campaign evolution across digital, print, product, video, and experiential mediums.

You'll conceptualize creative design work, create visual concept development for product and brand awareness campaigns. You'll execute your vision across various visual mediums, including graphic design, illustration, video, and photography.

You'll also tell cohesive stories across mediums, creating immersive and delightful experiences that engage specific environments and audiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing creative design work
  • Telling cohesive stories across mediums
  • Collaborating closely with creative peers
  • Cultivating cross-functional partnerships
  • Navigating concurrent campaign projects
  • Innovating through creative problem-solving
  • Updating and maintaining our team templates

Requirements

  • Developed creative design perspective
  • Experience building and working from creative briefs
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • In-house/agency brand team or extensive brand building experience
  • Demonstrated experience partnering and art directing
  • Large-scale campaign experience with both digital and print
  • A multi-faceted creative communicator
  • Strong proficiency in creative working tools
  • 5+ years of experience in the design field
  • Experience working on cross-department brand awareness and product campaigns
