Your Role: Senior Transcreation Project Lead

We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end transcreation and production projects from briefing to final delivery. This includes assessing requirements, planning, scheduling, and ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish, including project initiation, scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring progress.
  • Develop a clear understanding of our end clients' brands, ensuring consistency across campaigns and projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for dedicated clients, providing support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Sourcing and negotiating with in-market transcreators/writers, Voice-Over artists, and recording studios.
  • Maintain glossaries and playbooks to ensure linguistic consistency and quality standards.
  • Manage the copy review/approval process, building strong client relationships along the way.
  • Coordinate QC checks for localized edits before final release.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written English skills; knowledge of a foreign language is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in transcreation and production services.
  • Proven client-facing experience, flexible, and adaptable, with exceptional communication skills.
  • An excellent team player, able to work closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate multi-media needs.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
