We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Experience Lead to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. As a Patient Experience Lead, you will manage patient communication, scheduling, and clinic operations while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient coordination, clinical administration, or healthcare concierge roles. They will be highly proactive and resourceful, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Tebra (EMR or similar), RingCentral, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of optimizing patient experiences through technology, automation, and high-touch coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients.
- Manage patient emails, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Oversee the Quarterly Blood Draw process.
