Role Summary:

The FP&A Lead Analyst - Strategic Insights is responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical support for the ICAAP process submission, ensuring timely delivery of all regulatory and internal stress scenarios requirements.
  • Coordinate ICAAP exercise with the Country FO, manage work with support areas (Risk, Treasury, Business) to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain supporting documentation for new and existing models & assumptions (in conjunction with different key stakeholders: Modelers Team, Business, Treasury and MRM), for ICAAP and forward-looking projections.
  • Address strategic issues on an ad hoc basis that are complementary to the regular planning and analysis processes, executing time-critical activities for client-facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams.
