About the Job

You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing financial planning and analysis, delivering insights to key stakeholders, and assisting in supporting business decisions.

Working in a hybrid capacity in Bogotá, you'll contribute to budgeting, payroll, and financial strategy for global initiatives while helping to streamline data-driven processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including revenue trends, gross margin performance, cost control, and P&L analysis.
  • Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlooks.
  • Analyze payroll and budgetary data to identify areas for improvement or opportunity.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise management reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure financial health, strategy alignment, and effective resource planning.
  • Apply tools like Power BI or Tableau to enhance reporting efficiencies and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting needs.
  • Foster strong working relationships across teams and functions.
  • Pursue process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau, and ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel).
  • Excellent English language skills (B2+ minimum).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Experience with budgets, payroll, and financial strategy development.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience managing people or teams.
