About this Role

As a Global Data Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of senior clinical data managers and clinical data managers in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of clinical trial data to support regulatory submissions.

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical trials, data management processes, and leadership skills to motivate and develop direct reports.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trials, with at least 2 years in a people management or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven ability to build talent and lead teams of 15 or more people, with influencing and development skills.
  • Strong project management, decision making, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of senior clinical data managers and clinical data managers.
  2. Develop and implement data management strategies to meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data management processes.
  4. Mentor and develop direct reports to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements

Education: B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in life sciences, computer science, or related discipline.

Experience:

  1. At least 5 years' experience in Clinical Trials.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in People Management or equivalent demonstrated leadership.
  3. Minimum one year experience in your current role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to build talent and lead teams of 15 or more people.
  • Strong project management, decision making, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Research & Development at Pharmaceutical - Science Research industry.
