As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide logistics information that aids in cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include tracking and tracing loads, updating their status in the system, and communicating with carriers and drivers. You will also ensure updates are on time, call drivers and clients to supervise freight pickup and delivery, and check the current location of drivers and transport temperature. Additionally, you will perform data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS, ensure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation, and manage emails, documents, customer invoicing, collections, carrier setups, and track/trace. You will also detect any issues in the logistics operation and ensure any deviation from the load plan is promptly communicated to adjust. To succeed in this role, you will need to believe and love what you do, work well in a team, be detail-oriented, and have a sense of urgency. You will also need to have a high school degree, at least 6 months of experience in logistics, and very good English skills.
