Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing purchase orders and resolving related issues
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
  • Providing support to stakeholders and junior team members in P2P process
  • Identifying and communicating supplier diversity opportunities
  • Maintaining vendor master records and ensuring accurate information
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies and account disbursements
  • Working closely with buyers/client group and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and process claims

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or Engineering or similar field
  • 3-5 years previous buyer/procurement work experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills with stakeholders & suppliers
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures
  • Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility
