Job Description:
The Customer Service and Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a call center team. This role involves building and managing high-performing teams, driving sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of Representatives to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
