Job Description:

The Customer Service and Sales Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a call center team. This role involves building and managing high-performing teams, driving sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Representatives to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
