About the Role
As a Trade Marketing Manager at Grupo Familia, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive trade marketing strategy across all channel segments. This involves leading a team to drive business growth by achieving sales and profit objectives in the Andean Region through the implementation of trade plans tailored to specific channels and customer types, while fostering strong relationships with strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Trade Marketing Planning: Develop a deep understanding of customers and distributors, and activate various trade levers to drive business growth while building lasting relationships. Lead and execute loyalty plans for select strategic end customers and distributors, and gather market insights to inform future strategies.

Sales Support
Act as a single point of contact to enhance customer understanding of the Tork Brand, Strategic portfolio, Hero products, and Sustainable Portfolio through training, sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, advertisements, and digital sales tools.

Local Brand Engagement
Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (both offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development. Drive customer engagement through targeted programs or sales tools, and accompany loyalty programs to enhance customer experience.

Budget Management
Responsible for the trade marketing budget relating to Tork, ensuring ROI and efficient allocation of resources for trade marketing investments.

Team Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Controlling) to deliver business targets.

Requirements
- Professional in Management careers, preferably with emphasis in Marketing or Sales. - Experience in follow-up and deployment of strategic business plans. - Experience in assembling business cases. - English: B2. - Microsoft tools, intermediate Excel. - Knowledge of SAP/BW. - Communication skills, impact and influence, strategic vision and depth of analysis, leadership and high execution skills.
