We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team as a financial reporting and compliance expert. As a key member of our client support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' financial reporting needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft annual and quarterly financial statements and Management Discussion & Analysis for clients.
  • Contribute to IPO planning and prospectus preparation, providing insights on complex accounting issues.
  • Research and interpret accounting policies, recommending solutions based on the latest standards and regulations.

Accounting and Financial Management:

  • Assist with ERP implementation, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial projections.
  • Coordinate and assist with client valuations.
  • Handle complex IFRS accounting issues, particularly those related to debt and equity financing transactions.

Client and Team Collaboration:

  • Work directly with clients to provide financial reporting support and build strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with a team of designated professionals to ensure high-quality financial deliverables.

Salary: Up to $3000 USD per month (dependent on experience)
