Job DescriptionAs a Senior Analyst Audit, you will be responsible for conducting fieldworks, testing execution, data analysis, and producing final reports together with the team. You will also identify issues, discuss with stakeholders, and follow up on action plans to ensure their correct implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in audit fieldworks and conduct test execution, including data analysis.
- Produce final reports together with the team.
- Identify issues and discuss with relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on action plans to ensure their correct implementation.
You will be an Internal Audit reference in Finance, interacting with stakeholders from the first and second lines of defense. You will also act as a knowledge multiplier, sharing your experience and training other auditors to elevate the team's technical skills.
RequirementsWe are looking for a Senior Analyst Audit who has:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting science, economist, or business administrator.
- At least 5 years of experience as an internal auditor specialized in banks or financial accountant, external auditor (Big Four).
- Experience in auditing Risk management Systems such as SIAR, SARLAFT, SARO, SARM, SARL, SARC, and SAC.
- Knowledge of financial market regulations, including prudential/capital regulation, Basel, and regulations across Latin America.
- A thorough understanding of accounting and other finance processes, including public company reporting, SOX, and internal control: financial statements audits.
- Solid analytical background and ability to manipulate data to perform audits.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with data and have a solid understanding of financial markets and regulations. Advanced conversational English skills are required.
