Project Manager - ITOS Payroll Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of payroll and technology solutions in a dynamic environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and goals in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and allocate human, technological, and financial resources to ensure project progress.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Implement quality controls to ensure payroll solutions meet established requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate client staff training and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in team leadership, payroll solutions, and risk management.
  • English and Spanish fluency.
