About the JobWe're looking for a highly skilled Agile project manager with strong technical skills, a proven track record of implementing and driving processes for high-quality, predictable, and efficient delivery. As a Scrum Master for two engineering teams, you'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive relentless improvement, and participate in quarterly planning and execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with teams to drive improvement
- Driving transparency through project management tooling and ensuring team work is tracked and status is radiated
- Coaching product managers on story decomposition and gathering work metrics for data-based decision-making
- Participating in quarterly planning and execution, including managing cross-team dependencies and making responsible commitments
- Identifying and removing impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables
This position requires a servant leader who can take a hands-on approach to working with assigned teams, creating an environment of high performance and mutual respect. If you have 5+ years of experience using Agile project management methodologies and delivering customer-facing applications, we encourage you to apply.
