Overview

As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth Agile execution, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving Agile best practices. You will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to enhance Agile maturity and improve delivery efficiency.

Your Impact:

  • Oversee Agile service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile program management, Agile service delivery, or related roles.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience managingAgile governance, and process improvements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth Agile execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of enhancing Agile maturity and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage Agile service delivery models, frameworks, and best practices.

Set Yourself Apart With:

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Agile scalability.
