Nuestro objetivo es contribuir al éxito general del desarrollo de activos críticos de datos/modelos de datos que sirven a la Inteligencia Analítica Internacional de Banca. El Ingeniero de Datos será responsable de diseñar e implementar tuberías de datos y bases de datos para ser consumidas por aplicaciones de inteligencia empresarial y análisis avanzados. Asegura que todas las actividades realizadas se sigan los reglamentos gubernamentales, políticas internas y procedimientos.

Lidera una cultura enfocada en el cliente para profundizar las relaciones con los clientes y aprovechar las relaciones bancarias más amplias, sistemas y conocimientos. Funciona como miembro de un equipo ágil y ayuda a impulsar prácticas de desarrollo consistentes, uso de herramientas, componentes comunes y patrones. Colabora con equipos analíticos y comerciales para crear y mejorar modelos de datos que alimentan herramientas de inteligencia empresarial, aumentando la accesibilidad de los datos y fomentando toma de decisiones basada en datos dentro de la organización. Dirige la identificación y recomendación de soluciones adecuadas. Realiza diseño y desarrollo manual con PySpark/Pandas/SQL, archivos Parquet, experiencia en almacenamiento de objetos y Airflow programación / orquestación Pasa una cantidad significativa de tiempo escribiendo código y probándolo. Trabajo con el equipo para optimizar la ejecución del código. Tener habilidades con modelado dimensional y procesos devops Entender cómo la apetencia de riesgo de la banca y la cultura de riesgo deben considerarse en actividades diarias y decisiones. Tener 2-5+ años de experiencia trabajando como ingeniero de datos o analista técnico comercial. Licenciatura en ciencias de la computación, ingeniería u otra carrera relacionada o experiencia relevante. Profundidad sólida en SQL, Python y Spark Actividad previa con Big Data y tecnologías de nube (Hadoop, MinIO,Presto/Trino, Hub Juipter, AirFlow) Desarrollo API experiencia Experiencia trabajando en Retail/Risk Banco Dominió es un activo Experimentar en un equipo agil Enfocado data modellling y almacenamiento experiencia Será un plus Pruficiente con bases de datos relacionales (Oracle, DB2, Redshift, etc.) Profundidad con JSON, Hadoop y Hive estructura de datos Condición laboral Trabajar en un entorno estandarizado basado en oficina; horas no estándar son una ocurrencia común.
