About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Agile Delivery to join our team at Publicis Groupe Sweden. As a Senior Project Manager - Agile Delivery, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to manage the planning, estimation, and successful delivery of client projects and programs.

Main Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a project management plan that aligns with the client's business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer experience and engineering solutions.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Manage and mitigate project risks to ensure high-quality delivery.
  5. Collaborate with internal leaders and external senior stakeholders to develop and implement project delivery methods, ceremonies, and protocols.
  6. Provide guidance on engagement commercial metrics to support account health and account-level planning.
Key Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  1. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  4. Experience working with Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban, waterfall, and hybrid systems.
  5. Understanding of digital technologies such as atomic and responsive design, experience management platforms, cloud platforms, DevOps, AI, and Data Platforms.
  6. Ability to travel frequently.
