Join the Princess Cruises team as a PCL Utility FB Steward and embark on a career at sea. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of food and beverage items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the correct setup and presentation of food and beverage areas, adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain stock levels of bar, food, and hotel items, refilling as needed.
- Support the service team to exceed food and beverage targets by applying Service Excellence standards.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and accurately, collaborating with teammates as necessary.
- Record guest orders accurately through the onboard POS system.
- Maintain current knowledge of public health standards and report any out-of-compliance issues to supervisor/manager.
- Proven F&B experience (1 year) as Restaurant/Bar Waiter, F&B Runner, or in similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
- Ability to organize and complete work meeting deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Food and Beverage products.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
