About the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Ads Manager to take ownership of our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Analyze campaign data to adjust bids, test new creatives, and optimize ad performance.
- Create engaging ad copy, headlines, and call-to-actions that grab attention and convert.
- Oversee ad creative production (images, videos, and graphics) to ensure ads stand out.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- 3+ years of experience running profitable Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably (case studies or portfolio preferred).
- Strong copywriting skills and experience creating compelling ad creatives.
- Ability to analyze data and make smart, fast decisions based on KPIs.
- Proficiency with ad tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking pixels.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple brands at once.
